Eunice Agar
maintains a studio in Great Barrington, Massachusetts where she paints in state parks, along rivers, in the woods. In the summer she works in Jonesport, Maine, finding subjects along the shore, inland among the blueberry barrens, and at the Machias Blueberry Festival and other public events.

Ms. Agar is represented by Denise Bibro Fine Art. A recent drawing show at Bibro was favorably reviewed by Mario Naves in The New York Observer. He described her "Yankee diligence, her heady stoic wonder as she takes in nature's panorama." Her work has also been featured in the Downeast Coastal Press, Machias Valley NewsObserver, Bangor Daily News, Tallahassee Magazine, and American Artist Magazine.

She is a graduate of Wellesley College and a life member of the Art Students League where she studied with Jean Liberte and Robert Beverly Hale.
